I have not received my payment yet. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating a late payment can be. If you have not received your payment for a gig, please follow these steps below.

Check out of your gig

Make sure you have checked out of your gig!

Checking out of your gig will invoice the business for the work you did and will automatically request payment.

Message the business

If you have:

  1. successfully checked out of your gig


  2. The gig has a To Be Paid status

Then the next step in trying to get your payment is to message the business.

Use the Chat feature to message the business and enquire about the payment.
